1. Hair Care Advisory
Post-Braiding Discomfort

After braiding or cornrow services, it is common for the hair (scalp) to feel sore for up to three days (72 hours).

We recommend refraining from styling your hair during this period.

If pain persists, we suggest:

Applying a warm, wet towel to your braids to relax your scalp.

Using essential oils, such as peppermint, coconut, or castor oil, to massage your scalp for relief.

If your braids feel tight during the process, please inform us immediately. Once you leave the salon or your home appointment, the refund policy will apply.

We are not responsible for discomfort caused by braids if this is not communicated during your appointment.
2. Hair Length Requirements

For straight, Caucasian, or Asian hair: Hair must be at least 5-6 inches long.

For afro-textured hair: Hair must be at least 4 inches long.

If your hair has a straight cut and the back is short, it must meet the 5-6 inch requirement.

If you insist on braiding hair shorter than the specified lengths, we will not be responsible for braid fallout.

Please avoid returning to claim braid fallout caused by insufficient hair length.

3. Refund Policy
Styles Expected to Last 1-4 Weeks (e.g., Cornrows, Goddess Braids)

No refunds will be provided for these styles.
Styles Expected to Last 6-8 Weeks (e.g., Box Braids, Knotless Braids, Senegalese Twists)

First week: Repairs will be offered at no charge.

Second to third week: Repairs will incur a moderate cost, depending on the work required.

Fourth week and beyond: Repairs will be charged at full price
4. Customer Rights
Customers have the right to view the quality of service during the appointment.
We encourage you to request a mirror to inspect the front and back of your style before leaving the salon.
Any desired changes should be communicated before departure to avoid additional charges.
